On 28th November 2018, contract workers of Taloon Corporation, a facilitator of building projects and tunnel constructions, in Tehran, Iran, entered the third day of their strike.
The 170 workers decided to go on strike as the employers failed to pay their wages and New Year bonuses.
The workers were left with no option but to go on strike as negotiations with employers failed.
The non-payment of wages is widespread in Iran and many workers suffer from the consequences.
