On 28th November 2018, Green Space workers of Khorramabad municipality in Iran held an assembly to object to non-payment of their wages.
The workers haven’t been paid for some months and struggle to make ends meet as a result.
The workers don’t buy the excuse that “there is no money” and can’t wait for the constant promises of the employers to come true.
Municipality workers in other provinces in Iran have been challenging the issue of non-payment of wages too.
