About thirteen years ago, the UN Security Council passed a resolution banning the purchase and sale of conventional weapons in connection with the Islamic Republic. This ban on arms embargo has recently ended. The Worker-communist Party considers the Islamic Republic a murderous regime of the Iranian people and a serious threat to the people of the region and the world, and calls for a political, arms and military, cultural, and sports boycott of the regime.
In our opinion, any military relations and arms deals with the Islamic Republic, which has organised a killing machine inside the country against the Iranian people and is one of the main pillars of Islamic terrorism in the world, are not acceptable at all and must be terminated and banned. Today, the Islamic Republic is the main source of terrorism in the region and causes the killing of defenseless people in the cities and streets of Western countries, and has played a destructive role with its military intervention or presence in Iraq, Yemen, Syria, Lebanon and Afghanistan.
The Islamic Republic is the cause of the repression of the people in Iran and in the region and a pillar of Islamic terrorism in the world. To the extent that this regime can equip itself with offensive and defensive weapons in the light of the UN license, it adds to its disgraceful and criminal life. Helping to keep this regime alive, practically means nothing but enmity with the people of Iran and all the people of the world.
The Worker-communist Party of Iran calls on the people of the world to put pressure on governments and international authorities to boycott the Islamic Republic militarily and in arms trade, and to block the way for any military contract or exchange of arms and weapons with this regime.
