On 18th December 2018, over 300 workers of Borujerd municipality in Lorestan province, Iran, held an assembly to protest against not being paid 9 months of their wages.
The workers gathered in the courtyard of the municipality building as the non-payment of their wages has put the workers and their families under lots of pressure.
The employer refuses to pay and keeps making empty promises in the negotiations with the workers.
